Someone did this on Facebook awhile back and I was a part of it, but I've done some updating to keep up with the current roster. The Phoenix Suns have always been fun to watch. If you happen to be enjoying a few brews with some friends during the game here's some rules to play by! Feel free to pass this on to anyone and post any suggestions you have.
1 drink if the Suns win the tip
2 drinks if the Suns lose the tip
1 drink when an announcer uses a nickname, examples: STAT, the Nash Rambler, Sweet Lou, J-Rich, LB, etc
1 drink for an amazing dunk by Amare
+1 if he gets fouled and still makes the dunk
4 drinks for a Grant Hill dunk
1 drink for a highlight-reel Nash assist
1 drink for every three-pointer Channing Frye makes
1 drink if Nash draws a charge
4 drinks if the Suns get called for a shot clock violation
1 drink if Barbosa gets behind the defense for an easy lay in
+2 if it's end-to-end
2 drinks at halftime if the Suns shoot under 40%
3 drinks at halftime if the Suns shoot better than 60%
3 drinks if the Suns make 10 three-pointers
+1 for each one thereafter
4 drinks if Robin Lopez fouls out
2 drinks if Earl Clark gets in the game
+1 for every jumper he makes
3 drinks once a player on the Suns gets a double double
+4 drinks if it becomes a triple double
2 drinks when Nash hits a clutch 3 (4th quarter)
3 drinks if Gary Bender and Eddie Johnson start talking about their alum's Kansas and Illinois in any capacity
1 drink whenever the predictable Gary Bender starts off an observation with the word "Boy," examples: "Boy I'll tell ya what," or "Boy, Nash sure looks good tonight"
2 drinks for anytime Eddie Johnson starts talking about how good a shooter he used to be
1 drink when the announcer uses a catchphrase, examples: "elevates and detonates!" "shazzam!"
A full beer if Tom Leander says "Secret Sauce"
Last but not least:
Down a full beer if the Suns lose, to ease the pain
Down a full beer if the Suns win, to celebrate
